The 485 Series Stationary Wheelchair Scale is built for use with any standard-size wheelchairs. It offers the utmost comfort for wheelchair-bound patients and long-lasting durability for nursing personnel.
The detachable ramp allows for easy movement on and off the platform, and can be detached to allow the scale to be used as a stand-alone physician scale, or attached to other physician scales. The ramp only weighs about 25 lb.
The scale's weigh beam has printed increments on both sides and may be read by patient or physician from either side of scale.
