Designed for pre-hospital emergency medical services, trauma kits, and surgical critical care units, these extra-large dressings feature a soft, non-woven outer layer wrapped around a dense absorbent cellulose fill. This thick absorbent core rapidly wicks exudate and heavy blood flow away from the wound bed while cushioning against secondary mechanical impact. Individually wrapped in sterile tear-open pouches, these multi-purpose dressings can be folded or applied flat to provide rapid primary or secondary coverage over expansive abdominal, thoracic, or limb injuries.
