Dynarex Honey Wound Gel
L-Mesitran Soft is a primary dressing gel that contains 40% medical grade honey, hypo-allergenic lanolin and vitamins C & E. When in contact with the wound, fluid is drawn from the surrounding tissues through osmosis, creating a moist healing environment. Soft does not adhere to the wound and prevents secondary dressings from adhering to the wound.
Soft dressings can be used as primary dressing for acute and chronic wounds, such as, venous, atrial and diabetic ulcers, fungating wounds, donor sites and surgical wounds at stages 1, 2, 3 and 4.
