The Grafco Unna’s Boot Dressing by Graham Field is a specialized medicated bandage designed for the management of venous stasis ulcers, lymphatic edema, and minor leg injuries. Made from 100% premium cotton gauze, these dressings are evenly impregnated with a non-hardening zinc oxide paste that provides consistent, semi-rigid compression.This "flexible cast" environment promotes healing by maintaining a moist wound site while protecting the skin from irritation.For patients requiring additional soothing relief for itching or inflammation, the Calamine-infused (Pink) variants provide enhanced therapeutic comfort.
