The Harloff-SCW24-LEDSTERI (SCW24-LEDSTERL) is a factory-installed ultraviolet (UV) disinfection LED lighting upgrade engineered specifically for Harloff SCW24 Series wall-mounted small scope drying cabinets (such as models SCW2430DRDP and SCW2448DRDP). Delivering continuous UV decontamination at a targeted 270-nanometer wavelength, this LED strip emits ultraviolet light known to disrupt microbial DNA/RNA to neutralize pathogens and prevent biofilm formation on stored endoscopes. Installed along the rear interior wall of the cabinet, the system works in tandem with active drying packages and includes an adjustable front-mounted timer that automatically activates disinfection lighting when the cabinet doors are closed.
