The BloodBoxx™ Advanced Nesting System (SKU 39-650) is a specialized medical supply designed for the safe transport and long-term temperature regulation of whole blood in remote or austere environments. Developed primarily for military and emergency medical operations, this system can hold up to 30 units of 500 mL CDPA-1 whole blood or nine nested tactical carriers. It maintains a stable temperature between 1°C and 10°C for over 120 hours without requiring electricity, using a set of ten reusable thermal panels. Constructed from durable, puncture-resistant aluminized Kevlar® nylon, the BloodBoxx is built to withstand harsh field conditions and is compliant with ISTA testing standards and the Berry Amendment.
