The Welch Allyn DuraShock DS45 Integrated Aneroid Sphygmomanometer is compact and lightweight for patient comfort and ease of use. In use, the gauge rests on the outer part of the patient's arm. This sphygmomanometer features gear-free DuraShock technology which allows your device to remain in calibration longer than traditional aneroids, providing more accurate readings over time and a lower lifetime cost, helping to improve practice efficiencies and your bottom line.

Features

Utilizes a single helix spring instead of delicate gears, offering enhanced durability and maintaining long-term calibration stability.
Meets or exceeds AAMI SP9 standards; remains accurate even after a 30-inch drop onto a hard surface.
The gauge clips directly onto the cuff and rests against the patient’s arm, creating a compact, lightweight, and ergonomic setup.
