Thomas™ Tube ET Holder by Laerdal Medical. The Thomas Tube Holder is the only tube holder which has a quick-set screw allowing for a secure hold after placement of the ET tube. It accomodates Combitubes® and LMAs, and the special bite block feature protects the patient and the tube.
