What is the difference between the PTX1101, PTX1102, and PTX1103?

The PTX1101 is a 1-section flat top suited for examination and basic assessment. The PTX1102 adds an adjustable head section for incline and recline positioning. The PTX1103 adds a third adjustable lower extremity section, providing the full positioning range needed for physical therapy, chiropractic, and rehabilitation protocols in a single table.

The PTX1103 is covered by a tiered warranty included in the purchase price: limited lifetime on the steel frame, 5 years on electrical components, 2 years on foam and upholstery, 1 year on moving parts and hardware, and 1 year of labour coverage on in-shop repairs. No extended warranty purchase is required for standard coverage.

How does the PTX1103 ship, and do I need a loading dock?

The PTX1103 ships via freight carrier due to its size and weight. If your facility does not have a loading dock, select lift-gate delivery at checkout — this lowers the shipment to ground level for facilities without dock access.
Freight shipping is included to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are subject to additional charges. Contact PHS Medical for current lead times on both standard and custom colour orders.

Can I order the PTX1103 in a custom upholstery colour to match my clinic branding?

The PTX1103 is available in 14 standard upholstery colours including Royal Blue, Imperial Blue, Black, Burgundy, Charcoal, Mocha, Dove, and Putty. Colour is selected at the time of order.
