A soft foam heel off loading boot that has added comfort with a shear resistant cozy cloth inner cover and a removable cooling gel pack.

• The boot floats the heel over an air cavity for zero pressure and provides air circulation to ad in the healing of existing ulcers.
• Water-based gel insert lowers pressure beneath ankle.
• Anti-foot-drop construction controls dorsal flexion.
